Meet the Secretariat
The MTTD secretariat is a community organization that operates under the guidelines of Tres Dias International, focusing on promoting the Tres Dias movement and supporting its members. It is responsible for organizing events, chartering new groups, and ensuring adherence to the movement's principles and policies.
Chairman
The Chairman serves as the primary liaison for MTTD overseeing communication with TDI and the campground, leading the Secretariat, coordinating key introductions at community events, and ensuring future weekends are scheduled. This role requires prior Secretariat service, preferably Rector experience, and excludes anyone who has served as clergy or Spiritual Director.

Secretary
The Secretary records and maintains all Secretariat meeting minutes and documents, manages action items and official records, and ensures timely distribution and archiving of materials. This role also supports meeting leadership when needed, assists with vote counting, and may call special meetings when requested.

Treasurer
The Treasurer manages all MTTD finances—including accounts, budgets, payments, audits, taxes, and financial reporting—while ensuring accurate records, timely deposits, and proper oversight of weekend funds and expenses. This role also maintains compliance documents, prepares the annual budget, and supports Secretariat operations when needed.

Spiritual Director
The Spiritual Director safeguards the spiritual integrity of MTTD by advising the Secretariat, coordinating clergy involvement, selecting and developing Weekend Spiritual Directors, and ensuring adherence to biblical and organizational standards. This role also supports leadership decisions, audits financial records monthly, and maintains a healthy pool of qualified Spiritual Directors for ongoing ministry needs.

Mens Leader
The Men’s Leader serves as the primary guide and support for Rectors and Rover helping with selection, preparation, team formation, and weekend oversight—while ensuring accurate service records and smooth communication with the Secretariat. This role mentors leaders throughout the process and provides follow‑up reporting and updates to keep MTTD training materials current.

Data Management
Data Management maintains all official MTTD records, rosters, service histories, training attendance, Secretariat data, and weekend information—ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely reporting for leadership decisions. This role supports Rector/Rover selection, prepares ballots, updates master databases after each Weekend, and provides essential reports to the Secretariat throughout the year.

The Documents Coordinator maintains and organizes all official MTTD documents—including bylaws, policies, training materials, weekend resources, and Secretariat records—while managing the digital archive to ensure everything is current and accessible. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with office software, and a solid understanding of MTTD operations.

Fourth Day Couple
The Fourth Day Couple plans, hosts, and promotes all community gatherings such as Secuelas, Nights of Worship, Victory Secuelas, and picnics, while managing supplies, preparing Fourth Day materials, and encouraging ongoing Reunion Group participation. This role involves event coordination, communication, and transporting and managing the Fourth Day trailer and resources.

NFL Coordinator
The NFL Coordinator manages the entire Secretariat nomination process from receiving and vetting nominees to coordinating ballots and communicating results while also overseeing Weekend food coordination and serving as a key liaison between MTTD and the campground. This role ensures smooth leadership transitions, accurate communication, and well‑organized weekend logistics.

The Palanca Couple manages all General Palanca Letters for MTTD by sending letters to other communities, receiving and printing incoming letters, and ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate weekend leaders. They also retrieve and maintain MTTD’s own General Palanca Letters for reuse and keep them in good condition.

PreWeekend
The PreWeekend Coordinator manages all Candidate applications and communication—ensuring forms are complete, Candidates and Sponsors are informed, and accurate lists and updates are provided to Rectors, Section Heads, and the Secretariat. This role oversees invitations, confirmations, special needs coordination, and serves as the point person leading up to Send-Off.
